Whether in manufacturing, assembly, construction or management: Mueller stands for healthy workplaces. For example: We avoid the use of solvents during varnishing. Our staff in the assembly is structured in flexible teams that organise the work themselves - monotonous assembly line work is therefore not necessary. Our offices in construction and management are bright and spacious and are equipped with individually controlled air-conditioning, etc.
Mueller produces almost all components of the paper management systems in-house: from mechanics to electronics up to software. According to this the training and career profiles of our employees are very diverse.
