With a speed of 150 m/min and a web width of up to 560 mm (22 ''), the new dynamic perforator Müller DP3000 is the ideal partner for complex white-paper-solutions in various configurations.

For the production of coupons, blank bank transfer forms or detachable pages, the perforator provides up to 99 pre-set perforation patterns that can be processed in one job. The patterns are fully dynamic so that each sheet can be perforated individually and with different patterns. The perforator retrieves necessary reading information via OMR, BCR and 2D codes.

The perforator produces dynamic horizontal or vertical perforations as well as perforation for filing holes, depending on the requirements based on the information read by the machine.

Vertical and horizontal processing up to 4-up, 2 to 4-fold file hole punching and tractor feed holes are possible. An interface to high-speed printers is available as an option.
